This is after the stylist made the first cut. She cut 2+ inches off most places. He started being distracted by the stylist next to us cleaning up her stuff. I had to keep my hand under the cape to hold his hand or leg to keep him from trying to rip off the cape and keep him calm.

Simon's 1st Haircut
Yesterday, 11/17/10, Simon got his very first haircut. He was overdue for one and with the holidays coming and lots of pictures to be taken...I finally took him in. We went to Craig's Cuts just down the street from BYU and it only cost $5!! It took less than 10 minutes too. Good thing because he was getting antsy by the end. He immediately did not like having the cape on. Here he is at the beginning trying to rip the cape off. This is the before picture while she was combing and spraying his hair with water. I should have gotten a better picture of the back because it was super long and starting to curl up on the ends.

I was so proud of how well he did and it was nice that it took less than 10 minutes for the whole cut. And now my baby is all grown up! He looks like such a big guy now, especially as he wanders around all over by himself. He sure is loving his independence. We think he looks a lot more like Brian now with the shorter hair. Maybe we'll try to spike it like Daddy's and see how it goes!!
